If you stay in a major region it takes 2 – 3 working days. Outlying areas take 3 – 5 working days. Overseas will be confirmed with the courier once the order is ready for collection and a tracking number will be provided.
The Baking Tin handle’s returns on a case-by-case basis. However, in most cases products may only be returned or exchanged at no charge IF:
We will send our courier to collect/exchange the item free of charge. Once we have inspected the item at our premises and we are satisfied with the condition of the item we will credit your account or alternatively we can EFT your account once we receive your bank details. Please bear in mind that a refund can take 2
business days once the item arrives at our premises.
We are entitled to refuse the return/exchange if the product is damaged and not in a re-saleable condition.
If the incorrect item is received, we will replace free of charge.
If incorrect items are ordered by the customer, you will have to pay for courier fees involved in replacing the item.

Yes, we print on A4 sugar sheets. The print must be sent via email
beforehand to the relevant retail store or when you are in the store. We will
only print once you are in the shop but it only takes a couple of minutes.
Please note that we don’t accept USB’s.
